Sukhwinder Kaur
Sukhwinder has over six years of experience in abstraction, vetting, drafting, discovering & organising and managing the lifecycle of contracts.
She is qualified in India and is also certified in obligation management. Previously, she worked with Elevate Services and successfully delivered several end-to-end contract lifecycle management projects for clients from various industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology and infrastructure. Sukhwinder also has litigation experience and represented private clients on matters relating to tenancies, property, compensation claims, and family matters.
She also worked with Sirion Labs where she was responsible for AI-powered contract extraction, validation and enrichment of contracts.
Outside of work, Sukhwinder has done several modelling assignments and loves music, dancing, travelling, painting and reading books.

Dadeech Jodha
Dadeech is the Managing Director at Jodha Legal and is admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales (non-practising). He is also an advocate in India. Dadeech has been at the helm of affairs at investment banks, asset managers and property developers and has completed high-profile deals in the UK, Europe, India and the Middle East. Clients praise Dadeech for his exceptional skills in devising and delivering business strategies.
A blend of private practice and in-house experience gives Dadeech first-hand knowledge and the rare ability to understand and deliver on the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs. He regularly advises FSIs, start-ups, MSMEs, investment companies and HNIs on their day-to-day business and investments. He was previously a board member of several collective investment funds based in Europe, the Cayman Islands and the Middle East.
Outside of his professional life, Dadeech is a keen golfer and loves nature. He spends his summer holidays hiking and camping in the mountains of Europe.
